How long does it take to receive an order?

Something unique about our business is that we make your items to order! That means you're receiving a unique item made by our in-house production team just for you. Your order will need up to 5-7 business* days for production before leaving our warehouse. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin production on the following business* day. When your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping time is additional and varies per carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship orders within the United States and to Canada. Please see the checkout page for international shipping rates to Canadian addresses. We do not ship to the US Virgin Islands. Duties, fees and taxes may still apply, and rush delivery is not possible. Please note: buyer is responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs.
